feat(download): 调整下载页并补充 APM 资源

Browse Source 
- 样式：补充 xs 断点变量，方便小屏布局控制
- 资源：新增 amber-pm SVG 图标
- 页面：下载页增加 APM 包管理器入口，优化小屏排版与链接分组
