chore: release v5.2.1 and improve submitter UI/UX

1. update version to 5.2.1 in changelog and package.json
2. add real-time upload progress display in submission window
3. optimize icon filename display and form reset logic
4. add success modal after successful submission
5. improve logging formatting in submitter backend
